Jenna Dewan had some bonding time with 11-year-old daughter Everly “Evie” Tatum at Coachella on Friday, April 11.
The Step Up star, 44, brought fans along via her Instagram Story as the mother-daughter duo partied in the desert, revealing that “it meant everything” to witness her daughter enjoying rapper Lisa’s performance on the Sahara stage. (Jenna shares Evie with ex-husband Channing Tatum and also welcomed son Callum and daughter Rhiannon with her fiancé Steve Kazee.)
Jenna later joked that her “girls pooped out” shortly after Lisa finished her set on Friday night and, thus, missed Lady Gaga’s headlining slot on the main stage.
The actress joked the following morning, “When it fully hits that you missed Gaga’s best performance ever.”

Gaga rocked Coachella by mixing tracks from her 2025 studio album Mayhem with greatest hits like “Born This Way,” “Shallow” and “Judas” — the latter of which she performed live for the first time since 2019.
Dewan seemed to be especially excited for this weekend’s music festival as she’d previously confirmed on TikTok that it would be her first-ever trip to Coachella.
Jenna and daughter Evie weren’t the only famous faces taking in Lisa’s (real name Lalisa Manobal) Coachella performance on Friday night, as the rapper’s White Lotus costar Patrick Schwarzenegger documented his dance moves via Instagram.
Schwarzenegger shared footage of himself jamming along from the audience, writing, “Excuse my dancing I had a cocktail.”
The annual concert series in Indio, California has already attracted dozens of stars for its opening weekend, including Kylie Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Vanderpump Rules alum Ariana Madix and The Bachelor star Rachael Kirkconnell.
Machine Gun Kelly surprised Coachella attendees by performing alongside Travis Barker and Three 6 Mafia in his first major public appearance since ex Megan Fox welcomed their first child together on March 27. (Kelly is also a father to daughter Casie, whom he welcomed in 2009 with ex Emma Cannon.)
MGK (real name Colson Baker) shared footage from his Coachella cameo on X, in addition to thanking Three 6 Mafia member Juicy J for always supporting him.
“juice believed in me 2011 before the world did. first rapper to pull up and get high with me,” Kelly wrote via X. “first major feature i had. the chorus of ‘wild boy’ is sampled from our song on his mixtape.”
Saturday afternoon’s Coachella lineup featured a set from Weezer mere days after bassist Scott Shriner’s wife, Jillian Lauren, was shot by police and later arrested following an armed standoff outside her home. She was subsequently released from custody after being booked for attempted murder and posting a $1 million bond.
While Weezer did not directly address Lauren’s arrest on stage at Coachella, Shriner told TMZ on Thursday, April 10, that his wife was “alright” and, thus, he would be moving forward with Saturday’s concert.
Coachella continues with headlining sets from Travis Scott and Green Day on Saturday, before Megan Thee Stallion and Post Malone finish off the first weekend on Sunday, April 13.
