Jenn Tran is playing coy about her relationship status with Dancing With the Stars pro Sasha Farber.
When asked on the Thursday, November 14, episode of the “Sorry We’re Cyrus” podcast if there was “any dating potential” between the two, Tran, 26, replied, “BFFs for life, man. I don’t know. I can’t predict the future in any way.”
While referring to the upcoming DWTS tour — which Tran said she would “love nothing more” than to be a part of, Tish Cyrus added, “How fun to go on tour with your boyfriend?” Tran replied, “Oh, God. If you say boyfriend, he’s going to freak out.”
Tish’s daughter Brandi Cyrus pointed out that there are many terms to use when defining a relationship, such as “partner.” Jenn quipped, “Partner, husband, baby daddy.”
While not confirming her romance with Farber, 40, Tran said she’s still figuring out where she’s going to live after her stint on DWTS came to an end — and that may be in his home. (Farber and Tran were eliminated during the Halloween Night of DWTS in October.)
“Right now, I gotta figure out a place to live and that’s probably Sasha’s couch right now,” she said. “It’s amazing. He’s going to make me cook and clean every day. I don’t know how I feel about that but I don’t have to pay rent. And then I get free dogs, too, free dog therapy. It’s perfect.”
Despite their living situation, Tran said she’s “leaning into fun Jenn” after her engagement to The Bachelorette season 21 contestant Devin Strader.
“I was engaged. I was at a point where I thought I was going to get married, enough to settle down. Which was great, I was excited about it,” she said. “But now I’m kinda like, let’s get back out there and just relax for a second and just enjoy life right now. And I just moved here, I don’t want to be tied down to anything.”
When Tish, 57, asked whether Tran anticipates going to PA school in Los Angeles, the former Bachelorette explained that her plan is to head back to Miami to resume her academics.
“Just moved here. Well, I didn’t actually really mean that. I just moved to Sasha’s couch,” she said. “But I will have to go back to Miami at some point and after that I do want to move to L.A.”
Tran’s podcast appearance came one day after Farber uploaded a cozy pic of the twosome to his Instagram. “Days like this make everything better!!!!” he captioned the snap, to which Tran commented, “She a cutie.”
